I just had to get my roof done in a hurry for their insurance and without the help of his staff (Amy Martinez specifically), this would not have gotten done. She helped the process along the entire way. Great agent for sure. I would have given five stars except that State Farm underwriters have their own issues that need to be resolved which seem to be outside of what the agent is allowed to do. They notified me on my roof only 3.5 months before my policy expired. The underwriters could have done better on their timing."

"Kanti Dahal, my insurance agent at Tutt Tutterow, gave me professional advice and outstanding customer service all three times I recently sought her help with my State Farm insurance policies. On March 26, 2022, I was mandatorily evacuated from my home after the NCAR fire started only 3/4 mile from my home on a high-wind day. Kanti was empathetic and financially professional in advising me how to protect myself from the scary risk of possible total loss of my home during a wildfire. As soon as I decided how much to increase my home insurance replacement coverage, she promptly made the policy changes. In February 2024 Kanti promptly issued payment of towing charges under my emergency road service coverage. Not long afterwards, I asked her how much I could save on my auto insurance, and she carefully computed all my options for raising deductibles and ending optional coverages. As soon as I told her my decision, she quickly implemented the changes."

Turns out State Farm had changed my policy number and I didn't know. When I asked State Farm to send a current copy of my liability of old policy number, I was informed my policy was showing terminated. Panic. I can't work without being insured. Amy Martinez was great in helping me with this.She assured me I had not had any lapse of coverage, just a policy # change, which I did not catch.
