"I'm an electrical contractor. I have had my liability policy with State Farm (Bill Tutterow's office) since 1996. One of my customers informed me my policy had expired the end of February. Turns out State Farm had changed my policy number and I didn't know. When I asked State Farm to send a current copy of my liability of old policy number, I was informed my policy was showing terminated. Panic. I can't work without being insured. Amy Martinez was great in helping me with this.She assured me I had not had any lapse of coverage, just a policy # change, which I did not catch. I sent her my other customers names and addresses and Amy sent them a current copy of my policy. Good to go. Thanks Amy for all your help."

"After being a client for 40+ years, we've noticed a deteriorating work-product over the past few years. For instance... two separate times, our adult childrens' vehicles were added back onto our policy - for no reason! It was surprisingly difficult to get this resolved. Then when we had another issue crop up, the person who was supposed to call us back, never did. (The issue we were calling about, was that an Audi had been added to our policy... and we've never owned an Audi!!!) The attention to detail has become atrocious. *If you decide to have coverage through Tutterow's office, watch every single bit of detail on ALL your policies.* We have since moved all of our policies to another agent, because there were just too many mistakes being made. Response to agent's comment (1/21/24): Yes, the policies were correct - until our adult children magically reappeared on our policies twice... and then it took multiple attempts each time, to resolve. (The unknown Audi was listed in a letter to us, and our Dodge wasn't mentioned anywhere.) It began to make us feel uneasy, having all this unprovoked, incorrect activity going on in our account. Whatever business practice is causing this to happen, needs to be looked into... and consumers should be aware of it."

We ended up raising our coverages but Kanti found us so many ways to save money on our existing plans that we did not have to pay through our nose for all that extra coverage. "I used to find everything to be okay, but things have gone down hill. At this point, I can't recommend: If you call them during business hours sometimes you get routed to the national call center. Also their website and their systems go down too much. Multiple times I get systems errors on the website and currently can't get through to anyone on the phone during business hours because their systems are down. And if their systems do work and you get through, after 2 hours and 2 mins and being transferred six times, they finally got done what I asked. Unfortunate amount of incompetence and organizational failure, the reps even agreed with me that their that system doesn't work and they have no way to know who transferred you incorrectly so they have no way to fix it. Also they're unable to answer basic questions about your policy like how much you spent in a certain year and the info is unavailable online. Take your business elsewhere."
